Tiếp theo, tôi nghĩ đã đến lúc nhà nước, trường đại học và các tập đoàn, đặc biệt là tập đoàn giáo dục tại VN nên nghiêm túc suy nghĩ về cách thức triển khai của mô hình KEC ( Knowledge Exchange and Commercialisation – Trao đổi Kiến Thức Và Thương Mại Hóa ).
Đây là mô hình kinh doanh về Giáo Dục & KHCN xương sống cốt lõi của chính phủ các nước phát triển như Mỹ , Anh và các hệ thống giáo dục như Oxford, Pennsylvania University. Nếu không có mô hình này thì tất cả các nghiên cứu chỉ dừng ở mức học thuật, và trao đổi kiến thức Knowledge Exchange trên các bài báo khoa học.
Tôi đã từng là một người làm ngành Khoa học, trải qua quá trình tư vấn cho các công ty, cũng như trực tiếp tham gia triển khai phát triển và nghiên cứu nhiều dự án Education, Healthcare, Industrial park, Logistic… cũng như làm việc về các vấn đề vốn đầu tư, tôi đã nhận thấy những điểm bị bế tắc tại VN và phải cần giải quyết càng sớm càng tốt.
Cuối cùng, tôi đã nghiên cứu và xây dựng hoàn chỉnh cách thức triển khai KEC tại các hệ thống giáo dục và tập đoàn nghiên cứu và sẵn sàng tư vấn trao đổi hoàn toàn miễn phí và vô tư cho các đơn vị thật sự quan tâm đến lĩnh vực này để góp phần giúp VN có thể có mô hình KEC hoàn chỉnh càng sớm càng tốt , từ đó mới có thể đưa nền giáo dục, nghiên cứu KHCN thực tiễn phát triển một cách đúng nhất.

Next, I think it’s time for the Government, Universities and Corporations, especially The Education Groups in Vietnam, need to seriously think about how to deploy the KEC (Knowledge Exchange and Commercialisation) model in their organization.
This is the business model of Education & Science and Technology Researching Development which is the main core backbone of the developed countries governments such as the US, UK and educational systems such as Oxford, Pennsylvania University.
Without this model, all research would be at the academic level, and Knowledge Exchange just only be on the scientific articles.
I used to be a scientist, went through the consulting process for companies, as well as directly implemented some educational, healthcare, industrial park, logistics projects… as well as working on capital investment issues., I have noticed the deadlock points in Vietnam and need to be resolved as soon as possible.
Finally, I have researched and developed a complete implementation of KEC in educational systems and research groups and am ready to consult and exchange completely free and impartial for those who are really interested. come to this field to contribute to helping Vietnam have a complete KEC model as soon as possible, so that education and scientific and technological research can develop in the right way.
